Job Summary:  

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Technical Content Writer to join Paigeon. In this role, you will craft clear,  engaging, and informative content that simplifies complex technical concepts for a wide range of audiences. You will  collaborate with product, engineering, and marketing teams to create high-quality documentation, articles, and guides that  drive user engagement and enhance the visibility of our platform’s technical capabilities. 

Role Description: 

As a Technical Content Writer at Paigeon, you will be responsible for producing well-researched, precise, and compelling  content that communicates technical concepts effectively. Your work will include creating user manuals, technical blogs,  product documentation, and other educational materials. You’ll collaborate closely with various teams to ensure the  content aligns with the product’s vision and the audience’s needs. This role is ideal for someone who excels at breaking  down complex ideas into simple terms and has a passion for technology. 

Responsibilities: 

• Develop high-quality content such as technical articles, product documentation, user guides, and white papers. • Collaborate with product managers and engineers to understand complex technical concepts and convert them  into clear, concise content. 
• Write blog posts and case studies that explain product features and showcase customer success stories. • Maintain and update existing technical content, ensuring its relevance and accuracy. 
• Research and stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in technical writing. • Create content strategies that align with the company’s goals and marketing objectives. 
• Work with the marketing team to optimize content for SEO and drive organic traffic. 
• Review and edit content to ensure clarity, consistency, and tone. 
• Manage multiple projects with various stakeholders while meeting tight deadlines. 
• Continuously improve the writing process by gathering feedback and iterating on content. Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Computer Science, or a related field. 
• 2+ years of experience in technical writing or content creation, preferably in a tech or software development  environment. 
• Strong understanding of technical concepts, particularly in software, web development, or IT. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail. 
• Ability to write clear, concise, and engaging content that simplifies complex topics for both technical and non technical audiences. 
• Proficiency in content management systems (CMS) and documentation tools such as Confluence, WordPress, or  Git. 
• Familiarity with SEO best practices and how to optimize content for search engines. 
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams including engineers, product managers, and marketers. • Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. • A passion for technology and staying up-to-date with industry trends.
