Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled QA Engineer to lead and mentor a team in developing and executing robust testing  strategies for mobile applications and backend systems. In this role, you will ensure product quality through close  collaboration with cross-functional teams, while continuously refining QA processes to meet evolving project needs. Role Description: As a QA Engineer, you will lead and mentor a team of QA engineers, driving the development and  implementation of comprehensive testing strategies for mobile applications and backend systems. You will play a key role in  ensuring the delivery of high-quality products, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and continuously  improving QA processes. Key Responsibilities: 

• Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive testing strategies for mobile applications and backend  systems. 
• Design and execute the Test Plans and ensure timely delivery. 
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, product management, and operations, to  define testing requirements and ensure seamless integration. 
• Design and execute manual and automated test cases, ensuring thorough coverage of functional, regression,  performance, and security testing. 
• Identify, document, and track defects, working closely with the development team to ensure timely  resolution. 
• Continuously improve QA processes, tools, and methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. • Monitor and report on testing progress, quality metrics, and overall product quality to stakeholders. • Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation in the QA process. 

Qualifications: 

• Prior experience in fast paced work environments is Preferred. 
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field. 
• Proven experience as a QA Lead or Senior QA Engineer with expertise in both mobile app and backend  testing. 
• Strong understanding of testing methodologies, tools, and best practices. 
• Proficiency in automated testing tools such as Selenium, Appium, or similar. 
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and integrating testing into the software development lifecycle. • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. 
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams. • Experience with performance testing tools like JMeter or LoadRunner. 
• Understanding of security testing principles. 
• Knowledge of cloud platforms such as Google Cloud or AWS or Azure
